If, for any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items not worn, intact in every part, including tags and any label and packaging, can be returned within 14 days of receiving a Good Return or Refund.
Instructions for the Rice
1. To request return authorization, the Customer must open the practice via WhatsApp at 3470970064 or click here: WhatsApp, within 14 days of delivery of the order, in the message, the order number must be specified, the name with which it made the purchase, the desired compensation: good return or refund and if you need the planned withdrawal with our courier or arrange independently to send the return to our point of sale.
2. Restitution independently, can be made with any courier or person bringing the return to the store.
3. Return shipping costs will, in any case, be borne by the customer, if you use our scheduled withdrawal service has a cost of 6€ that will be deducted from the required compensation.
4. The customer can choose 2 types of compensation:
Good Rice:
- can be used only once within 2 months of the return;
- can not be combined with other Good Rice;
- must be used entirely in an order of equal or higher value.
Refund:
The refunds will be processed, as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.
The refund does not provide for the return of shipping costs.
The refund will be paid on the original account and/or in the same way.
5. The return of the leaders must arrive at the headquarters Vanilla Pocket within 14 days of receiving the goods.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not present any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and do not present signs of any kind.
Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (packages, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received together with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as the only external packing.
In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Vanilla Pocket, you must follow the same instructions as above. Vanilla Pocket reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and taking charge of shipping charges for returning the goods to its warehouses.
Swimwear and underwear (Bikini, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tested over your personal linen. Returns of such articles will be refused and sent back to the Customer in case the transparent label of hygienic protection has been removed, or in case the garments show signs of use.
Vanilla Pocket reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided for by the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address as soon as the price of 5€ will be paid.
