Shipping
Shipping in Italy and abroad are made through express and certified couriers.
As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros.
Orders are shipped by Vanilla srl, from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00.
Orders placed during the weekend will be managed and processed starting from Monday afternoon.
Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.
In all cases Vanilla srl reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Vanilla srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to Vanilla srl, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
All charges relating to customs duties for international shipments or storage stops not dependent on the logistics partner are borne by the recipient.
Vanilla srl shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

We would like to remind our new customers that Vanilla srl reserves the right to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.
Vanilla srl reserves the right to request new Customers to ship the goods to their billing address.
